Introduction
At Salem we believe, teach, and confess that the Bible is the verbally, inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. God's Word is the only source of our doctrine and the only guide for all our practices.
All Scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, and for training in righteousness.
(II Timothy 3:16)
In His Great Commission, Jesus shows that it is His will that believers teach others what He has taught them in order to make them His disciples.
Jesus approached and spoke to them saying,All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and gather disciples from all nations by baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and by teaching them to keep all the instructions I have given you. And surely I am with you always until the end of the age.
(Matthew 28:18-20)
Even in the Old Testament it was the Lord's will that believers teach others, including the next generation, the truth of His Word.
Put these words of mine in your hearts and in your soul. . . . Teach them to your children by talking about them when you sit in your house and when you travel on the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
(Deuteronomy 11:18-19)

There is no cost to join any of the Bible classes offered at Salem, nor is membership a requirement to join any of the classes. All people are welcome at any time.
